I just realized — again — how much James did for us that we never even knew about. I miss that guy.
He helped build this year’s fest but didn’t get to see it happen, and little moments like this one keep bringing that home.
On the actual issue: you’re right that the Sessionize-generated schedule disappears each year as we prep for the next one, and there’s no automatic mechanism to save a static copy for posterity or later reference. Thank you for flagging it — I’ll get this resolved properly so it doesn’t happen again.
We’re also adding a couple of new sections to the website:
- Legacy — volunteers, past board members, event highlights, and the people who built this
- Legacy/Events — a distilled archive of each fest, including a static copy of that year’s schedule and highlights
