After the latest MRI, the doctors found a new brain tumor, and advised that it removed as soon as possible. This one, though also malignant, is much smaller, and the risk of incidental injury, on removal, is also not as high due to favorable location. Surgery is scheduled for the early morning of August 25th.

I just had a phone call with Anthony and although the tumor mentioned below was removed successfully, another tumor was found. This new tumor is in the hypothalamus and is not easily operable.
